Application of Ad hoc Network UAV in Fishery Administration Law Enforcement
Time:2022-08-20
一、Problems in using UAVs in fishery law enforcement:
      1、Most rivers, rivers and lakes do not have public network signals, and images and data of UAVs and law enforcement vessels cannot be retrieved in real time, and cannot be commanded and dispatched in real time;
      2、The UAV does not communicate with the existing tower, and the transmission route is too close;
      3、The UAV is not interconnected with the ship and the shore, resulting in data failure;
      4、There are few dedicated pilots for UAVs or no full-time personnel.

   The above points are the common problems of UAVs in fishery law enforcement, which are also the main reasons for the low effectiveness of UAVs in fishery law enforcement.

二、Solution:

   Our company has conducted in-depth communication with the fishery law enforcement unit of Changshu City, Jiangsu Province, and has formulated a complete solution. We use the latest ad hoc network UAV launched by our company, and combine it with the ad hoc network ship borne, ad hoc network base station, etc., and connect with the public and private networks. The specific topology is as follows:

   Changshu Fishery Administration has completed the construction of Changshu Yangtze River water area patrol system based on Huimingjie Self Organizing UAV. The whole set includes one set of self organizing UAV equipment, one set of ship borne self organizing network equipment, three sets of self organizing network base station equipment, and one set of self organizing network UAV management and scheduling software, which can realize the integrated inspection and monitoring of air and water and make illegal fishing disappear.

三、Function description:

   The Changshu Fishery Administration Ad Hoc Network UAV law enforcement system perfectly solves the problems of long-distance transmission and public network coverage, as well as remote law enforcement and command.

      1.Ad hoc network UAV and law enforcement ship do not rely on the public network, and real-time return image information, and two-way communication with the fishery administration center;

      2.The self networking UAV can be interconnected with the law enforcement ship and the nearby iron tower, and transmitted to the command center;

      3.The command center can remotely control the takeoff, landing, evidence collection and other tasks of the UAV, solving the problem of personnel shortage;

     4.After the UAV takes off, it can check the status of the UAV, obtain images and control it in real time at any place along the Yangtze River in Changshu, such as law enforcement ships, patrol vehicles along the river, and the Fishery Administration Management Center.
