On August 5, 2022, 78 UAVs will be listed in the ranks of fishery law enforcement. Since then, the province's "one lake and four rivers" has built a three-dimensional law enforcement and supervision system of "air, space, water and shore", providing strong support for the "ten year ban on fishing" of the Yangtze River.
At the scene of the actual combat drill of the UAV entry ceremony, eight UAVs took off in the Xiangjiang River waters near the three halls and one hall, forming a V shape in the air, symbolizing victory. The UAV has a endurance of 60 minutes and is resistant to level 7 wind. It can fly normally in rainy and snowy environments. It can also complete night patrols and other work. It can automatically identify people, vehicles, ships and other targets, take photos and obtain evidence, and send them back to the command center in real time. The UAV can also shout at high altitude from a long distance to drive away illegal vessels and fishing personnel.
In 2021, the Yangtze River will implement a "ten year ban on fishing". Changsha, together with Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, will establish a multi sector, cross regional joint defense and linkage mechanism and carry out special crackdown and rectification actions. At the same time, for the grid management of the prohibited fishing areas, 336 grids will be established, more than 1100 grids will be arranged, and the grid management mode will basically form from horizontal to edge and from vertical to bottom.
