1、Service application:When customers or end users encounter difficulties in use or technical failures that they cannot solve when using the equipment sold by our company, they can submit service requests to our customer service department by telephone, fax or e-mail. After receiving the service request, our customer service department will first query the after-sales service files, confirm the product related data and warranty period, and record the service application requirements, Fault conditions, etc;
2、Telephone service response:After the customer service department confirms the service declaration, it will transfer it to the relevant technical engineer, who will respond within 10 minutes after receiving the service declaration, help the customer to locate the fault by phone, propose solutions, and guide the customer to eliminate the equipment fault;
3、On site service response:If the equipment failure cannot be eliminated under the guidance of telephone service, the company will quickly provide on-site service, arrange experienced technical engineers to rush to the customer's site with the fastest means of transportation, analyze the cause of the failure, specify a failure solution, and finally eliminate the failure;
4、Standby replacement service:In the field service, if the fault cannot be eliminated within the specified time, the company will provide the same type of standby machine with performance no less than the existing equipment for replacement and restore the normal operation of the customer's equipment within 48 hours after confirmation with the customer;
5、Repair service of faulty equipment:During the warranty period, our company is responsible for on-site inspection of equipment that fails due to non human reasons during use. If on-site maintenance cannot be carried out, our company will be responsible for transporting the equipment back to the original factory for secondary maintenance. The repaired equipment will be transported back to the place of use by our company, and our company will be responsible for restorative installation and commissioning, and provide technical services such as replacement and repair of maintenance accessories when the system equipment is damaged. For equipment beyond the warranty period, the company only charges the cost of labor and accessories.
