From June 16 to 18, 2026, the 9th Guangzhou International Emergency Safety Expo was held at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou. Focused on the development needs of the emergency management industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the exhibition brought together more than a thousand leading manufacturers and showcased cutting-edge technologies and equipment across disaster prevention and mitigation, firefighting and rescue, low-altitude security, and related sectors. Fire departments, emergency management agencies, and industry enterprises from across the country gathered to exchange ideas and explore cooperation opportunities. Coinciding with China’s National Work Safety Month, the event provided an excellent platform for demonstrating practical emergency response solutions and facilitating industry collaboration.
As a company dedicated to the research and development of Ad Hoc Network UAV systems and emergency communication technologies, HuimingJie focused this year’s exhibition on smart firefighting and emergency rescue applications. The company presented a complete air-ground integrated emergency response solution, featuring UAV platforms, firefighting payload systems, and comprehensive communication and command equipment. Through its integrated hardware and software ecosystem, HuimingJie demonstrated a comprehensive approach to modern emergency response operations.
A Diverse UAV Platform Portfolio for Comprehensive Aerial Operations
HuimingJie showcased multiple UAV platforms designed to address a wide range of emergency response scenarios.
The Falcon Eagle Quadrotor UAV features a compact structure and exceptional maneuverability, enabling efficient operations in complex environments. It is ideally suited for infrastructure inspection, detailed fire reconnaissance, emergency patrol missions, and search-and-rescue operations.
The Falcon Electric VTOL Fixed-Wing UAV stands out with its long endurance and extended operational range. Requiring only a small flat area for takeoff and landing, it can be rapidly deployed without dedicated runway infrastructure. Its capabilities make it ideal for conducting large-scale fire reconnaissance and routine security patrols across extensive forest regions, long coastlines, and large industrial parks, significantly improving inspection efficiency and situational awareness.
The Juling-70 and Juling-150 Firefighting Ad Hoc Network UAVs serve as the core aerial firefighting platforms within the system. Both aircraft can be equipped with various firefighting payloads to perform suppression missions. The Juling-70 offers excellent mobility and is particularly suitable for rapidly extinguishing small and scattered fire sources. The Juling-150 provides greater payload capacity, allowing it to carry larger volumes of firefighting agents for sustained suppression operations during large-scale forest fires. Together, the two platforms provide complementary capabilities for handling incidents of varying scales.
The Tianshu-10 Tethered UAV leverages a ground-based tethered power supply system to achieve continuous all-weather operations. Capable of remaining airborne for extended periods, it can maintain persistent overwatch above fire scenes and emergency zones while simultaneously serving as an Ad Hoc Network communication relay. The system provides commanders with a stable and comprehensive aerial perspective for long-duration monitoring and command support missions.
Comprehensive Airborne Payload Solutions for Firefighting and Incident Management
HuimingJie also exhibited a full range of mission payloads designed to enhance frontline firefighting and emergency response capabilities.
The EO/IR/LRF Gimbal Camera integrates infrared thermal imaging, visible-light imaging, laser rangefinding, and AI-powered target recognition technologies. Capable of operating effectively in smoke-filled and low-visibility environments, it accurately identifies concealed fire sources and high-temperature hotspots, providing critical situational awareness and supporting informed decision-making during fire reconnaissance and fire spread monitoring.
Dedicated aerial firefighting payloads, including Firefighting Water Guns, Fire Buckets, Firefighting Water Cannons, and Fire Suppressant Projectile Launchers, enable UAVs to conduct direct aerial suppression missions. These systems can precisely deploy water-based and foam extinguishing agents to rapidly contain vegetation fires and external building fires, extending firefighting capabilities to areas that are difficult for ground personnel to access and significantly reducing response times.
Integrated Air-Ground Ad Hoc Network Communication and Command System
A key highlight of the exhibition was HuimingJie’s Broadband Ad Hoc Network Communication System. The solution includes a range of lightweight communication devices, Ad Hoc Network base stations, and command terminals, forming an independent and reliable communication network for emergency operations.
The Ad Hoc Network Smart Terminal and Broadband Ad Hoc Network Handheld Device are compact and portable, allowing firefighters and rescue personnel to carry them during field operations. These devices provide real-time transmission of audio, video, and personnel location information to command centers, enabling commanders to maintain full situational awareness of frontline activities.
The Broadband Ad Hoc Network Mobile Base Station extends communication coverage and transmission distance, providing continuous communication support across large disaster zones and long-distance rescue routes.
The Ad Hoc Network Surveillance and Conferencing All-in-One Terminal enables the rapid establishment of temporary video conferencing points at disaster sites, supporting remote collaboration among multiple rescue teams and command centers. By facilitating real-time information sharing and rapid command dissemination, it significantly improves multi-agency coordination efficiency.
Serving as the command core of the entire system, the Portable Triple-Screen Integrated Command and Dispatch Case consolidates multiple live video feeds, personnel positioning data, and regional incident maps onto a single interface. This enables commanders to maintain comprehensive situational awareness and issue operational instructions efficiently, supporting precise command and rapid response.
The entire Broadband Ad Hoc Network Communication System operates independently of public communication infrastructure and offers outstanding environmental adaptability and anti-interference capabilities. Even in extreme disaster scenarios such as earthquakes, flash floods, and remote mountainous regions where public communication networks may be completely unavailable, the system can rapidly establish stable and reliable communication links. By maintaining uninterrupted connectivity between frontline personnel and command centers, it serves as a critical communication lifeline for emergency response operations.
At this year’s Guangzhou International Emergency Safety Expo, HuimingJie demonstrated its strong in-house research and development capabilities in low-altitude emergency response technologies and Ad Hoc Network communications through its comprehensive product portfolio and mature solution offerings. The exhibition also provided an excellent platform for industry exchange, enabling HuimingJie to share development experiences with industry partners, explore future trends, and contribute to the advancement of the emergency response sector.
Looking ahead, HuimingJie will continue to uphold a practical, mission-oriented approach to innovation. By closely aligning product development with real-world operational requirements, the company will further enhance its integrated air-ground emergency response ecosystem and deliver reliable, highly adaptable low-altitude emergency solutions that contribute to the modernization of emergency management systems and public safety capabilities.
