Practical application of UAV system for fishery law enforcement of Hunan Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs

    The front end monitoring equipment of the project gives priority to the purchase of air mobile reconnaissance equipment, including 26 sets of six rotor UAVs, 52 sets of four rotor UAVs, 78 sets of remote control systems, 78 sets of shooting and evidence collection systems, 78 sets of video image transmission signal systems, 78 sets of intelligent management systems, and 78 sets of other auxiliary facilities.

    The intelligent fishery law enforcement system includes provincial, municipal and county level intelligent fishery command platform, intelligent management system and front-end monitoring equipment. Its overall architecture is shown in the following figure:


    Monitoring center: the command platform of smart fishery administration at provincial, municipal and county levels and Yangtze River fishery administration can realize communication and sharing. Monitoring centers at all levels plan, command, analyze and evaluate the information of the station, and collect it through the large screen.

    Platform layer: the intelligent management system platform can continuously enrich, expand and improve the fishery law enforcement management, analysis and monitoring.

    Transmission link: adopt flexible and reliable communication network coverage mode according to local conditions.

    Front end monitoring: UAV air mobile reconnaissance and evidence collection, watchtower ground fixed monitoring, and law enforcement ship surface patrol are used to achieve coordinated law enforcement without dead corners, and finally realize the intelligent fishery law enforcement management of air, ground, and water.
