Practical Application of Centralized Procurement of Firefighting and Rescue Vehicles and Equipment by Xinjiang Fire and Rescue Corps
Time:2026-06-05

To meet the urgent needs of increasingly difficult, high-risk, high-efficiency, and high-standard firefighting and emergency rescue operations, Xinjiang Fire and Rescue Corps aimed to improve the overall operational capability of fire rescue forces, strengthen combat resilience and emergency response capabilities, and build a modern fire rescue team equipped with extensive knowledge, strong physical fitness, professional skills, and advanced equipment. It was therefore essential to fully apply modern information technologies to enhance coordinated operations and efficient command and dispatch at emergency sites. Huimingjie Technology undertook the important task of building this communication system as part of a large-scale integrated emergency command and dispatch system.

All devices in the system use the same frequency for networking and transmission. Devices can form multi-hop cascaded links and serve as relays for one another, extending the communication distance to the greatest extent. This ensures that signals are transmitted without loss or interruption, while maintaining high-quality and high-speed audio and video transmission. Front-line site information can be accurately transmitted to the on-site command center and the command headquarters of the Fire and Rescue Corps in real time.

All devices in the system are interconnected, mutually compatible, and provide backup for one another. The emergency command system seamlessly connects with satellite communication equipment and 4G/5G public network communication equipment to enable redundant transmission. The three communication methods complement one another flexibly, achieving full communication signal coverage without blind spots.
