The National Oil and Gas Pipeline Emergency Rescue Urumqi Team and the National Oil and Gas Pipeline Emergency Rescue Kunming Team procured one set of triple-screen command terminal, five sets of MANET handheld devices, five sets of explosion-proof MANET handheld devices, and one set of Tianshu-10 Tethered UAV. The equipment is mainly used for emergency response to oil and gas pipeline incidents, full-area reconnaissance of remote pipelines, and explosion-proof operations at high-risk stations. Built around integrated air-ground emergency communication, long-endurance aerial monitoring, and visual command and dispatch, the system enables blind-spot-free connectivity in complex terrain, continuous on-site reconnaissance, and precise coordinated rescue.
