As an important enterprise in the petrochemical industry, Changqing Petrochemical operates a large-scale production area with numerous types of equipment and facilities and highly complex process flows. Traditional safety monitoring and firefighting emergency response methods have gradually shown limitations when dealing with large-area, multi-zone, and complex operating environments. For example, in high-temperature and high-pressure equipment areas, large storage tank zones, and densely distributed pipeline networks, manual inspection is not only inefficient, but also makes it difficult for personnel to conduct rapid and comprehensive risk assessment and accident warning when potential hazards arise. In addition, in emergency situations such as fires, timely and accurate understanding of fireground conditions is critical for firefighting command and decision-making, while traditional methods often fail to provide comprehensive and real-time on-site information.
On October 21, 2024, Huimingjie successfully completed the delivery of equipment for the firefighting equipment upgrade project of Changqing Petrochemical Company’s full-time fire brigade. This milestone marks a solid step forward for Changqing Petrochemical in the field of intelligent firefighting, bringing new momentum and efficiency to industrial safety assurance.
As an emerging type of firefighting equipment, Huimingjie’s reconnaissance UAV offers unique advantages. It can quickly arrive at the fire scene and conduct aerial reconnaissance, providing real-time images and data for firefighting command. The reconnaissance UAV can also be equipped with mission payloads such as fire-extinguishing bombs to carry out precise fire suppression and improve firefighting efficiency.
During the delivery process, Huimingjie’s technical personnel also provided comprehensive and in-depth training for relevant staff members of Changqing Petrochemical. The training covered UAV operation skills, routine maintenance, emergency handling, data interpretation, and other key aspects, ensuring that the staff can operate the UAV proficiently and fully leverage its value in practical operations. Through a training approach combining theoretical explanation with hands-on operation, the staff quickly mastered the key skills required for using the reconnaissance UAV, laying a solid foundation for its subsequent official deployment.
