    On August 9, 2022, Huimingjie participated in the construction of Guanghan Public Security Bureau Emergency Command Vehicle Procurement Project, which was successfully delivered, marking a new level of Guanghan public security emergency communication. The equipment delivered by Huimingjie this time includes self networking equipment and dual-use self networking tethered UAV equipment.
    The wireless ad hoc private network communication system can quickly establish a wireless emergency private network when the public network and wired network are paralyzed, and solve the problem of on-site and back-end command emergency communication.

    The system makes use of the flexible networking and multi hop relay characteristics of wireless ad hoc network equipment, in combination with the advantages of UAV's mobility and flexibility and high-altitude relay communication, to form an air ground linkage communication system, and realize multi link redundant transmission. In various scenarios, audio and video are transmitted back to the command center in real time, and monitored and commanded in real time, so that commanders can understand the overall situation of the site and make correct decisions quickly.

一、Advantages of ad hoc network communication scheme

    The Huimingjie ad hoc network equipment purchased in this project is a mobile broadband wireless communication product designed with VSF-OFDM modulation technology. The product adopts a centralized and distributed network architecture, supports arbitrary network topology, multi hop relay, dynamic routing, and has strong survivability. All nodes can realize real-time transmission of multimedia information such as multi-channel voice, data and video under complex application scenarios such as static/fast moving and occlusion; The whole system is easy to deploy, flexible to use, simple to operate, convenient to maintain, and all IP based design (supporting various data transmission), which is easy to interconnect with heterogeneous communication systems; At the same time, the highly flexible network structure can realize the data transmission between nodes in a point-to-point and multi-point to multi-point manner, so that the transmission distance of individual soldier communication equipment can be doubled through the automatic relay function.

二、Benefits brought by the joining of the UAS

    1、The Huimingjie self networking tethered UAV purchased in this project can be used for two purposes. When the ground tethered power supply equipment is removed and equipped with an independent power supply battery, it can be used as the self networking UAV.

    2、Huimingjie Ad Hoc Network UAV combines the characteristics of the Ad Hoc Network and UAV, and uses the Ad Hoc Network communication link to transmit the image and data signals of the UAV. The UAV can not only be used as the air video capture and operation platform, but also as the air emergency communication base station node or communication relay node to cover or relay the ground emergency communication.

1、Advantages of high altitude communication relay

    The MANET tethered UAV purchased in this project can greatly improve the "height" of the wireless communication base station, thus providing emergency communication coverage and communication quality. Ad hoc network tethered UAV is lifted up with communication equipment, which can improve the restrictive effects caused by terrain and other factors and obtain better communication effect.

2、Advantage of staying in the air for a long time
    The tethered UAV has the advantages of small size, light weight, easy carrying, simple operation, low requirements for training support, low requirements for takeoff and landing environment, simple maintenance, flexible flight state change, and stable hovering. In particular, the multi rotor tethered UAV platform can hover in a certain area of the air for a long time to ensure the emergency communication of high altitude base stations.
