Application of the Rescue UAV System for Jinchang Civil Air Defense, Gansu Province
Time:2026-06-05

On February 23, 2022, Huimingjie Technology, as the equipment supplier for the Jinchang Civil Air Defense UAV project, successfully passed the project acceptance inspection with its supplied UAV equipment. After unpacking acceptance was completed, the hexarotor UAV immediately proceeded to flight acceptance. The Huimingjie industrial UAV demonstrated the ability to perform flight missions in low-temperature and strong-wind environments, and its outstanding performance was recognized by all leaders and staff present.

Delivery site:

In civil air defense operations, UAVs face “enemies” such as natural disasters and emergencies, both of which pose major threats to people’s lives and property. The use of the Huimingjie hexarotor UAV system can provide commanders with a large amount of timely information in terms of timeliness, information volume, and information breadth, fundamentally improving Jinchang Civil Air Defense’s emergency response capability in crisis situations. Its main advantages include the following:

  1. Ease of application

Multi-rotor UAVs are lightweight, compact, and highly flexible in flight. They can adapt to complex on-site environments, helping emergency response personnel understand the true on-site situation in the shortest possible time and formulate strategies for resource allocation and dispatch.

  1. Information collection

Information collection is supported by mature aerial imaging capabilities, including HD shooting and integrated gimbal systems. The information collected by multi-rotor UAVs is highly accurate. In high-risk areas, UAV imaging can provide clear and precise information. For real-time shooting requirements, operators can remotely control the UAV and use information transmission technologies to send on-site video and audio information to the command department.

  1. Voice command

With the increasing maturity of voice control technologies and the rapid development of related electronic equipment, voice command has also been introduced into UAV applications. In civil air defense operations, special emergencies often involve complex environments and unexpected situations. In such cases, the introduction of voice command can help users simplify control procedures and improve individual operational capability.
