Recently, Shenzhen HuimingJie Technology Co., Ltd. provided equipment support for the municipal-level comprehensive management project for the forest fire high-risk area in southwestern Qitaihe. Focusing on forest fire prevention, the project supports the construction of a firefighting self-organizing network UAV cluster and communication system. The project configuration includes two sets of firefighting self-organizing network UAVs, one set of reconnaissance self-organizing network UAV, three sets of self-organizing network base stations, and related payload equipment.

The southwestern area of Qitaihe is rich in forest resources and features complex terrain. Dry and windy weather occurs frequently in spring and autumn, creating considerable pressure for forest fire prevention. In complex forest areas, traditional manual patrols and fixed lookout posts are often constrained by visual blind spots, road conditions, and communication backhaul limitations. Therefore, the capabilities of early fire detection, rapid information transmission, and early-stage response need to be further strengthened.

Self-Organizing Network Communication Setup at the Lookout Tower

For this comprehensive management scenario, HuimingJie uses self-organizing network communication as the link foundation and self-organizing network UAVs as aerial operating forces, building an integrated solution covering aerial reconnaissance, information backhaul, assessment and dispatch, and precision response. In the project, the reconnaissance self-organizing network UAV mainly undertakes forest patrol, fireground reconnaissance, image backhaul, on-site loudspeaker broadcasting, and lighting assistance, helping the command side obtain real-time situational awareness. The two Juling-70 firefighting self-organizing network UAVs are respectively configured for water-spraying firefighting and fire-extinguishing bomb deployment. After a fire is confirmed, they can rapidly approach the site and work with front-line firefighting forces to conduct aerial assisted firefighting operations.

From aerial patrol to fireground reconnaissance, and from image backhaul to early-stage response, the project further enriches aerial operation methods for forest fire prevention. It provides strong support for Qitaihe in building smart forest fire prevention capabilities that enable forest areas to be seen clearly, information to be transmitted reliably, resources to be dispatched effectively, and response actions to be carried out quickly.
